hz999 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "hz999" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" refers to hz999.bet, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents who operate the hz999 online gaming platform.
• "You" / "Player" / "User" / "Member" refers to any natural person who accesses, registers on, or uses the hz999 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered member account opened by a User on the hz999 platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Services" refers collectively to all products, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and ancillary features made available through the hz999 platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any credits, free spins, or promotional value credited to a Player's account as part of a hz999 promotional offer.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by a Player using a supported payment method including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or Raast.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be played through before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process that hz999 may require any Player to complete at its absolute discretion.

By accessing the hz999 platform, creating an Account, or using any of the Services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you and hz999 with respect to your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings. To register and maintain an Account on hz999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You do not already hold an existing Account on the hz999 platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited by law and where hz999 is not licensed to operate.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from hz999 or had an Account terminated due to a breach of these Terms.

hz999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension and may result in permanent closure with forfeiture of any Bonus Funds.

To use the full range of hz999 Services, you must complete the registration process and open an Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

• Only one Account is permitted per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. hz999 uses automated detection systems to identify and close duplicate accounts.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials, including your username, password, and OTP. hz999 will never ask you for your password.
• You must notify hz999 immediately via support chat if you suspect your Account has been accessed without authorisation.
• hz999 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an Account at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
• All accounts must be verified before the first withdrawal is processed. KYC documents may include a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification.

hz999 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast. hz999 does not accept deposits from third-party sources; all funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the hz999 cashier page and may be updated from time to time.
• hz999 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within 30 minutes for bank transfers during normal business hours.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. hz999 may request additional documentation before releasing funds.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to a payment account registered in the same name as the hz999 Account.
• In the event of a suspected breach of these Terms, hz999 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending investigation.

hz999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are available to one Account per person, per household, and per IP address only.
• hz999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds will be removed from your Account automatically.
• hz999 reserves the right to recover Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has abused the promotional system.
• Players who participate in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any coordinated strategy to exploit bonus offers will have their Bonus Funds forfeited and their Account reviewed for suspension.

All bets placed on hz999 — including cricket, other sports markets, casino games, and any other wagering product — are subject to the specific game and market rules published on the platform. The following general rules apply to all betting activity on hz999:

• All bets are final once confirmed. hz999 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except where expressly provided for in the specific game rules.
• In the event of a technical failure during an active bet or game round, hz999's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. If a round cannot be completed and the outcome cannot be determined, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• hz999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error, including manifest errors and obviously incorrect lines.
• Winnings on voided bets are not payable. The original stake will be returned to the player's Real Money Balance.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day. These limits are published in the sportsbook and may vary by market.
• hz999 cricket betting markets are governed by ICC and PCB match rules. Abandoned or suspended matches are settled according to the rules published for each market type.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hz999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and Bonus Funds, and may result in legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to access or interact with the hz999 platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any activity designed to use hz999 as a vehicle to disguise the origin or ownership of funds.
• Chip dumping, collusion with other players, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from such exploitation are not payable.
• Registering multiple Accounts or using another person's Account, whether or not that person has consented.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age during the KYC process.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward hz999 staff or other players via live chat or any other communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent geo-restriction tools, VPNs, proxies, or other technical means to access hz999 from a jurisdiction where it is not permitted to operate.

hz999 is fully committed to the principles of responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be an entertaining leisure activity conducted within personal financial limits. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all hz999 members from their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period. Designed to help you manage your entertainment budget effectively.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive pop-up notifications after a specified duration of play to remind you of the time spent on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot access your account, deposit, or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the hz999 platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months. hz999 will take all reasonable steps to enforce self-exclusion across its platform.

hz999 is a strictly 21+ platform. We conduct age verification on all accounts and will close any account where the player is found to be under 21 years of age, with all balances forfeited. Parents and guardians are advised to use parental control software to prevent underage access to gambling platforms.

All content on the hz999 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, user interface elements, sound recordings, and video content — is the exclusive property of hz999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by international intellectual property laws.

hz999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You are expressly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, publicly displaying, or commercially exploiting any content from the hz999 platform without prior written consent from hz999.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hz999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the hz999 platform or Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

• hz999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, technical failure, or connectivity issues.
• hz999's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to hz999 in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• hz999 is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• The games and betting markets offered on hz999 involve an element of chance. hz999 does not guarantee any particular outcome, and gambling losses incurred in the normal course of play are not refundable.

hz999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

hz999 will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party service providers solely for the purpose of delivering the Services — including payment processors such as JazzCash and EasyPaisa, KYC verification providers, and fraud detection systems — under strict data processing agreements.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. You may close your Account by contacting hz999 support, subject to the withdrawal of any eligible Real Money Balance and the completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable upon voluntary Account closure.

hz999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account with or without notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity in connection with the Account.
• Regulatory or licensing requirements that necessitate the restriction of access from specific jurisdictions.
• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age at any point.

Upon termination for breach, hz999 reserves the right to withhold all Account balances, including Real Money Balances, pending investigation and as compensation for any losses incurred by hz999 as a result of the breach.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to the jurisdiction under which hz999 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority. hz999 will provide all Pakistani players with access to an English-language dispute resolution process.

hz999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address associated with your Account and/or by a prominent notice on the hz999 platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the hz999 platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the revised Terms take effect. The current version of these Terms, including the effective date, will always be available on this page.
